Hokkaido University, inform you about one of the exchange programs called HUSTEP (Hokkaido University Short Term Exchange Program) 2011-2012.
1. period : oktober, 2011- august 2012
2. application deadline : february 25, 2011
3. admission notification : mid-april 2011
4. program features:
- designed for undergraduate students both in Humanities and Science
- courses in English (Japanese language ability is not required)
- admission and tuition fee waiver
- being eligible to apply for the Japan Student Service Organization (JASS0) scholarship if students participate in HUSTEP
5. application package checklist :
- complete HUSTEP application form
- complete certificate of enroliment of the applicant for JASSO short-term student exchange promotion program (inbound) scholarship
- a recommendation letter from an academic supervisor
- complete certificate of health
- 2 photographs (40x30mm/1.6x1.2inch)
- TOEFL score record (applicants from non-native English speaking countries)
(Cambridge, IELTS, BEC, TOEIC, BULATS are also acceptable)
- photocopy of your passport
berkas lamaran dapat diserahkan ke International Collaboration Office sebelum tanggal 15 Februari 2011 untuk dikirim secara koletif kelembagaan ke Hokkaido University, Jepang
